I wish for many things. World peace. The cure for cancer. An end to global warming. To age like Helen Mirren. What? That last one is altruistic if you consider beauty to be a public service. I mean it, hubba hubba. Seeing the spectacularly saucy dame in all her unPhotoshopped, unairbrushed, unaltered 63-year-old glory at the “State of Play” London premiere this week reminded me that you are only as old as you feel. Hell, and as long as we’re wishing for things here, can my – um –
girls look that fantastic when I’m 60, too? Pretty please?
Seriously, one look at those and you know Russell Crowe had something absolutely filthy to whisper in Helen’s ear. You know, like this.
See, I told you, absolutely filthy.
p.s. Never mind Russell, is it physically possible to be jealous of a coat?

helen mirren! just yes! all day, every day all sorts of yes!
I wholeheartedly agree with everything you just said about Helen Mirren.
After the photo of her in the bikini surfaced, I was already a goner, and now this photo just solidifies all that I was feeling already.
It was cold in London that night, I see.
Helen is like a work of art, or a fine bottle of wine ... she just keeps getting better with age.
Just goes to show that if you don't give birth to kids, you get to keep your figure.
There's a moral there.
@anonymous: I would refute that. Better breasts after my pregnancy.
Holy Smokes!
I've admired Helen Mirren for a long time and this is only partly why... but it's a mighty fine part!
I'm turning 50 tomorrow... I think I'll put a picture of Helen on the mirror to remind me of how great life is. Gorgeous!
?
um..you guys think something different..i feel
so it's meaningless to spend time
for beauty stuff cus everybody's
getting old.
then why don't try for other thing
like mind training which is thinking, reading..something like that. i don't do that though.
ah, i think world is already in peace, you don't feel that? why?
@Anonymous 6:46am post
You may have bigger breasts after your kid, sweetie, but give it a couple of years and they'll be dangling next to your knees ! Fact of female biological life, post-babies. But hey, if you like the sound of your dangling boobs echoing like flip-flops across wet sand as you walk, good for you.
Sooo she hasnt given birth 'to kids?' maybe if she birthed puppies... Well she looks delicious and she is old enough to be my grandmother. (sigh)
Anyone who posts insanely hot photos of Helen Mirren is a friend of mine ;-)
Good God. That woman. I try not to crush on people more than 20 years my senior (I usually fail), but for her, well, I throw that rule right out the window. Hottie McHottson.

the fact that my dear little C-cups are still quite firmly where they belong (the miracle of breastfeeding) at 39, sans surgical intervention, means I won't ever be going down that road. And even if I did, certainly not flipflops. Heels, strictly heels, dear.
^ Whateva. Breeding women still can't fight against gravity and old age tho.
Love the lack of botox and how great she looks. A real beauty!
Very secure for her industry!! hope others see that and stop scaredy-frozen look.
Mirren: livin proof that hot is ageless.
Mirren, the woman who uses terms like Dykey. Makes it hard for me to respect her, or find her hot.
ha- my girls don't even look that good now, and I'm only 32!
I saw Helen in a restaurant ladies room once. She's on the short side, very tiny. Very shy around the public. She put her lovely eyes down and scurried out, before I could recognize her. The place was the Ship Inn, Milford, NJ, USA, on an autumn Sunday afternoon.
