Top bisexual
How did I not know this? Thanks to my new best friend anonymous, I’ve just learned that my favorite cooking cutie Lia Bardeen is bisexual. And this isn’t just some unsubstantiated rumor. This is straight (uh, wrong word) from the source -- Lia’s home casting video. Gosh, and they say you can’t learn anything from the internet. In the clip, Lia talks about getting out of a six-year relationship eight months ago. When the interviewer asked “How long did you date the guy?“ She replies, “Six years, almost, and it was a girl.” Hell to the yeah! She goes on to say: “I never identified as gay. If someone specifically really needs to know, like, how I identify I would probably say bi. So I just kind of say that I’m attracted to people, not --you know -- what is downstairs.” Man, I knew she pinged my gaydar, I knew it. I think it was the way she drank her beer from the bottle. It, uh, spoke to me. Anyway, after a little research I found this dissection of the photographic clues to Lia’s then-supposed bisexuality at Amuse-Biatch. Yes, the papayas were the dead giveaway. I mean, come on. How could I not have known?
p.s. Is Bravo trying to tell us something again with the typo in the caption. Him? Someone needs to retake sensitivity training.
p.p.s. Casey, Hung and Dale. It should be an awesome finale, no?
Totally!...I knew it...thanks and keep that gaydar finely tuned at all times...love your blog!
ReplyDeleteHey Ms Snarker, I am with you on this one. I thought there was something about her, but I just chalked it up to how..Midwestern..she looked. Actually, somewhere in my brain I was thinking she looked alot like Julia Whelan (aka Grace) from Once and Again, which of course led to the gay.
ReplyDeleteOMG! Everyone was so focused on Casey's looks (and don't get me wrong, she's cute and I definitely want her to win - sorry Dale), but Lia was the one that got me and I was sad to see her go. My gaydar is so sucky that I got no vibe, and just chalked it up to wishful thinking. Guess again!
ReplyDeleteA full day after learning this news from that blessed anonymous poster, I'm still squeeing like a little girl. She had my gaydar going too (indeed, something about the beer/tank top combo), but sometimes when I have a major TV crush, I think I'm just projecting. Note to self: Must trust the 'dar!
ReplyDeleteIn other Lia-related news, I read on Television Without Pity that she's going to be opening Jean Georges' new restaurant in Mexico City. Good for her.
Yep. This is getting as gay as Project Runway, not that I'm complaining. I only wish that Lia had lasted longer. It was sweet when Casey was so sad that Lia was pykagged.
ReplyDeleteAnyone but Hung!
Seems that the population self-identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) becomes more and more. According to my experience on the site *BiLoves dotcom* (a site for coming out, explore sexuality, etc.), there are about 150 members per day and they are very active. You can imagine. If you come here frequently, you may find what you are looking easily and quickly.
ReplyDeleteHello, i wanna congratulate you for this post, i consider that has good information and is nice to read it.
ReplyDeleteThis is obvious because if we compare both images that's really simple to realizing, just look at her, well that's perfect because imagine maybe she like to do excellent trios.
ReplyDeleteWhat the fvck is so unattractive about my sex?? Do you ladies have any idea how insulting it is to my sex, my sexual identity and my sexuality, my pride, my dignity that so many women want to compete with me over gaining the affections of another woman? This is bullsh!t.
