I haven’t watched “Once Upon a Time” in forever. Hook me up, Swan Queen Fandom. What have I missed – well, besides Lana Parrilla looking like sex on a settee?
Mostly a lot of stupid backtracking of established characterizations, some marvelous facial expressions and wardrobe choices from Ms Parrilla herself, a few more insane familial connections that make no sense, and now a tie-in to a movie that's been out for less than a year that can't have been well thought out at all.
Oh, and some sustained eye contact, emotional bonding, and then a frantic shoring up of heterosexual plotlines, ofc.
Lana is the entire reason I watch the show. Her acting will put you through the wringer. One minute you are laughing and the next crying. She's also gorgeous!

I stopped watching when Mulan left...
ReplyDeleteIf they keep trying to shove this Robin Hood soulmate crap down our throats, I won't be watching much either. Except... Lana... mmmmm
