Hey, Miz S-- if ever you feel the urge to do some research and write a bio post, you won't go wrong picking Josephine Baker. Besides all her cool civil rights cred, the lady was a spy in WW2, and was holder of three separate French decorations: Croix de Guerre, Rosette de la Resistance, and Chevalier de la Legion d'honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honor).
